Not sure if you are in the right place? Let me make it easy.

HI! I'm Laura Zane. I'm a healerpreneur, licensed therapist, and educator. I work with highly sensitive and neurodivergent people who are exhausted from trying to function in a world that was never built for them. I'm woo-fluent and clinically grounded, which means I speak the language of nervous systems and tarot cards in the same breath and mean both seriously.

If you've been told you're too much, too sensitive, too intense, or too emotional your whole life, you're probably in the right place.

Who I work with:

Most of my people fall into one of these categories. See if you recognize yourself.

You're a highly sensitive or neurodivergent person who is done being exhausted.

You might have a late ADHD or autism diagnosis, or you're starting to suspect one. You absorb everyone else's emotions and have nothing left by afternoon. You've tried therapy before and it helped a little but never quite fit. The tools felt like they were designed for someone else and you were just doing your best to make them work.

You need someone who gets the nervous system piece. Someone who understands that what looks like avoidance is often sensory overload, that what looks like laziness is often executive dysfunction, and that what looks like being dramatic is often a nervous system that has been running on overdrive for years without a break.

You also need someone who is not going to pathologize how you're wired. You are not broken. You are running a different operating system in a world that was built for someone else. That is a real and fixable problem, and it is exactly what we work on together.

I work with highly sensitive and neurodivergent adults, teens, and young adults throughout Florida via telehealth.

You're in the middle of a spiritual awakening and your life is getting weird.

Something has shifted and you know it. You're questioning everything. Your relationships feel different. Your tolerance for things that used to be fine is basically gone. You might be having experiences you cannot easily explain and you're not sure if you're expanding or unraveling.

You need someone who won't look at you like you're having a breakdown when you talk about intuition, synchronicities, and feeling like you're becoming someone new. Because that experience is real, it is documented, and it deserves real clinical support alongside the spiritual container.

A lot of people in the middle of a spiritual awakening also discover they are highly sensitive or neurodivergent. The awakening did not create the sensitivity. It just made it impossible to ignore anymore. If that sounds familiar, you are in exactly the right place.

I am woo-fluent. That is not a clinical term. It means you can bring your whole self here, including the parts that do not fit neatly into a therapy intake form.

You're a therapist or healer building a practice that doesn't destroy you.

You got into this work because you care deeply. Now you're burned out, undercharging, over-giving, and wondering if you built the wrong thing. You're great at holding space for everyone else and have nothing left for yourself by Thursday.

Here is the thing nobody told you when you were getting licensed: being a highly sensitive or neurodivergent therapist means the standard practice-building advice was not written for you. The 40-client caseload that your colleague manages fine will wreck you. The networking events that build referrals feel like an energy drain you cannot afford. The business model you were handed does not fit the nervous system you are actually working with.

I work with healerpreneurs who want to build sensitive-aligned practices that are financially sustainable and actually feel good to show up for. Through VIP days, consulting, and the Authentic Private Practice framework, we build something that works for who you actually are, not who the field assumes you should be.

What working together actually looks like

If you book a consult, here is what happens. We get on a 20-minute video call. You tell me what is going on. I ask questions. I tell you honestly whether I think I can help and what that might look like. You decide whether it feels right. That is it. No pressure, no commitment, no paperwork before we have even met.

If we decide to work together, sessions are telehealth only throughout Florida. That means you show up from your own space, which for most sensitive and neurodivergent people is genuinely better than a waiting room. No masking for the drive over. No sensory overload before we even start. You show up as you actually are, which is where the real work happens anyway.

My approach pulls from Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Gestalt, expressive arts, somatic awareness, and a woo-fluent lens that takes your intuition and spiritual life seriously alongside the clinical work. We use whatever tools actually fit you, not a one-size protocol.

Not sure which one is for you?

That is what the free consult is for. Book a 20-minute call and we will figure it out together. No pressure, no paperwork, no commitment required.
